Silverstar walked out into the main clearing of her Camp, exiting from her den on the left. Her beautiful silver body sliding into the center, her green eyes gleaming brightly. She hoped that her soon to be populated Clan, would be as amazing as Oblivion's father had once led them all. The ancient cats, Oblivion and Comatose, were such amazing cats. It amazed the LightClan leader at how the two cats could simply not speak to each other, except in business matters. "I wish for peace again... and Purity and Happiness," she mewed to herself, quietly padding over to the place where fresh-kill should have been set down. But as Silverstar's large body slumped down, she noticed there was nothing there. Her Clan was entirely empty. It annoyed her. Her medicine cat, Orchidleaf would be there soon.... She was great at what she did.
I wonder where she came from.... And where will I finally find my deputy? The one who will be my shoulder to lean on, she asked herself silently. She thought about going to visit Oblivion, the Ruler of the West, but she didn't know how the ancient cat would react. He normally was there for things such as ceremonies, where leaders recieved their Nine Lives, but not often just to speak. His wisdom, as well as Comatose's made Silverstar envious almost. "When will everything be normal..... again..."

Orchidleaf brushed the stray herbs from her black and white pelt and strode into the clearing. "Hello Silverstar." She meowed, settling down a few mouse-lengths from her silver leader. "I think I heard we're getting a deputy, but you know, it could just be a rumor." She continued, following her leader's gaze toward the fresh-kill pile. Orchidleaf couldn't help but feel as if she was getting friendlier every day. She sighed, swiping her tongue across her black paw. I hope the rumor about a deputy was true, because it's so empty here! She hissed to herself. She couldn't have asked for a better clan, but she was just lonely.
Orchidleaf turned back to the she-cat next to her. The light warmed her short fur. Orchidleaf stretched out her stiff body. "Well, I'm going to hunt for some herbs and hopefully some prey. I'll be right back." She meowed, already feeling like friends with her new leader. Without appearing rude, she gave a brisk nod to Silverstar and stalked out into the forest.

Pearlflower padded into the Suntouched Clearing. She was the new deputy of LightClan!Excitement rushed trough her white fur. She saw a Black and White she-cat with deep blue eyes. She half bounced over to Orchidleaf, the medicine cat. "Hello." She mewed softly, dipping her head in greeting. "I'm Pearlflower." She continued on her way. A pang of nervousness struck her heart. What if she wouldn't be good enough? What if she failed? She spotted Silverstar, took a deep breath, and calmly walked over to her, tail held high yet quivering. "Hello Silverstar." she meowed, respect hanging on every word.

Orchidleaf returned from hunting for herbs just moments before a white cat with mismatched eyes padded into the clearing. "Hello." She meowed, delighted to have some company. She twitched her whiskers. "I assume your the new deputy, right?" She meowed. "Welcome to LightClan." Orchidleaf swiftly swiped her tongue across her pelt as the new deputy,Pearlflower, inroduced herself to Silverstar. She is a nice cat, and it's about time we got a deputy! Orchidleaf purred to herself. She continued to groom the smell of herbs from her pelt because she had nothing better to do. Orchidleaf's violet eyes shined with realization. At least it won't be lonely here anymore!

Silverstar turned her silver body to look at Orchidleaf. "It is true. She should be arriving some time soon," the leader mewed, nodding to the medicine cat. She knew Orchidleaf was loyal and an amazing medicine cat. She had proven that time and time again, despite her being so neoteric. Silverstar's massive form stood, her long legs becoming even more enlongated as she stretched so she could get up. "Oh you need herbs," she asked, a hint of surprise and teasing in her voice. She had thought that black and white she-cat had all of her herbs. I guess I was wrong... I should pay closer attention, she thought, flicking her tail. As Orchidleaf started out of the camp to go collect a few herbs and hopefully some prey, Silverstar smiled after her. "She is so great to me. I'm lucky to have her..." Her voice trailed off as the bright beating sun shined through the trees above. It was such an envious sight, one that made her smile so brightly. Moving from one side of the clearing to the other, the broad shouldered she-cat stopped at a large rock. She lay down on it, letting the sun's warm rays wash over her. It was a calming and gentle feeling, having the sun warm you. The feeling was almost as if the sun was specifically warming her fur. Silverstar purred with amusement and happiness. She was all alone in the camp and praying to Oblivion and Comatose that Orchidleaf would be alright. "Wouldn't that be great... If my Clan became the greatest in the Island, or at least the Western Half," she muttered, smiling to herself. Strange scents filled her nose, it was familiar, yet not at the same time. Silverstar's ears perked up and she picked her head up, letting her green eyes look for the source of the smell. As she looked around, she saw her deputy, Pearlflower. She hadn't quite gotten used to her scent yet. "Hello Pearlflower. How are you," she asked, a smile popping onto her face. Orchidleaf's scent was the next to fill the large leader's nostrils. "Were you able to find any herbs or prey," she asked, smiling. ((I need you guys to be great posters and post two paragraphs like my first post please )

Pearlflower felt a pleasant feeling creep through her body, like a warm sunbeam. Every cat was so nice! "I am wonderful Silverstar." she mewed to the expecting leader. "I wish that we had more clan-mates, its difficult to organize the patrols." This was true. The camp was very empty. Hopefully the sounds of mewing kits, gossiping queens, cranky elders, and apprentices training would soon fill the clearing.
And with so little cats, they were vulnerable to attacks from other clans. There was little chance of battle with the WesternClans, who had established a temporary truce. But the EasternClans had not promised anything. She willed that more of the promised warriors would arrive, or their Clan might vanish.

((Ok Silver, I'll do that. I have to admit I've been getting poster's block recently! ) Orchidleaf smiled brightly at the two she-cats, feeling better about LightClan every day. She stretched out her limbs and laid down with her paws tucked beneath her chest. "Now that I think about it, we need more toms!" She purred, twitching her whiskers. Orchidleaf rolled over onto her back and let her violet gaze toward the sky. Dark, ominous clouds were starting to hover over the camp, and a fresh, moist scent drifted over to Orchidleaf. Rain. "I think it's going to rain." She meowed, her tone not changing. Just as the words passed her lis she felt a cool, wet drop hit her on the head. "Well, what did I tell you." She purred "Yeah, we do need more clan-mates, it's so quiet!" Orchidleaf meowed, acknowleging Pearlflower's statement. She flicked a raindrop off of her black and white tail. "It's going to let up soon." She meowed, pointing with her tail at the sky. Orchidleaf rolled back over onto her stoamch and sat up on her haunches, flicking a raindrop from her ear. She sighed, ruffling her short haired pelt. "What do you guys want to do?"

((K, Silverstar. I'll try two paragraphs.)) Pearlflower stood and stretched. A few drops of rain landed on her head. Orchidleaf was so watchful! She herself might have noticed the clouds, heavy with rain, or the humid air swirling, but wouldn't have predicted rain! A small bird fluttered by, maybe to it's nest. "I hope it lightens up soon." she murmured. "I don't want a soggy nest."
She licked her paw and drew it over her ear. Lapping a few times at her chest, she pondered what she would do tomorrow. "If the rain stops tomorrow, I think I'll hunt a bit. I love the weather after a light storm! and so does my prey." she purred. "I don't know what to do. I think I should go to my nest after I eat a little, before the moss is soaked." Pearlflower mustered.

Silverstar laughed. "You are right. You should go pick out your nest," she teased, her silver pelt flashing brilliantly. "Before i go hire some strange warriors to take it..." A dark and crazy expression crossed the LightClan leader's face as she looked at her deputy. "I am kidding of course," she mewed, giggling. "I just like to make you guys go crazy or something... I'm not sure why... Maybe I'm demented..." Her voice trailed off as she stood upon the rock. "Pearlflower? Would you mind going hunting with me whenever I get up off my lazy butt and decide to do my leadership things," she asked, her gentle voice carrying sweetly throughout the camp. It was in her nature to be sweet and nurturing.
WHile being the leader of LightClan, she was still a cat and had to eat. So as soon as Pearlflower and Silverstar were ready, they'd go out hunting somewhere. Then they're fresh-kill pile would be full. It made so much more sense to actually do these things properly. Without Clan order and procedure, what was a Clan but an organized group of rogues? "So what do you think of that," she asked, her green gaze resting on Pearlflower. Orchidleaf should be very happy at the moment, she thought, smiling.

Orchidleaf proceded to the suntouched clearing, the sun baking her black and white pelt. She laid down near the fresh-kill pile, muttering about mouse-brained deer. She stuck her paw out and felt around untill she felt a mouse reach her paw. She dragged it out of the pile and nibbled on it, not feeling particularly hungry. She stopped for a moment to swip her tongue across her back, covered in dust from the previous events. Why me? She grumbled to herself Why me?!
More than anything, Orchidleaf was tired. She felt as if she hadn't slept for moons. She knew it would only take a second to fall asleep, but apparently, her mind had other plans. She couldn't stop thinking about all the thingd that happened. It made her feel uncomfortable. It made her fidget. I'm never going to get some sleep! She thought angrily, lashing her tail. She scowled and tried to think of something else, but it's hard not to think ofthe last thing you ever saw. She finally managed to fall asleep, her head on her paws. She was compleatly unaware of the fact she was still in the clearing. (LOL)

"Sure Silverstar, I'll hunt anytime!" She yawned, then mewed, "I'm going to take a short nap, but come and get me anytime." She padded away, white pelt gleaming. She spotted Orchidleaf, sleeping next to the clearing, and let out a purr of amusment. She had spotted Orchidleaf restlessly walking around the camp at night on multiple ocasions. It was good to see her friend get some sleep, never mind the fact that she was still in the clearing. Should I wake her? she wondered. She shook her head and continued to her den.
(I'll post the rest in the Warriors Den later.)
